OLD BUSINESS:
Jan Buche met with other committees about the Tree of Sharing and received plenty of new ideas. Jan Buche and Sandie Bowers will chair the Tree of Sharing. The Tree will be located at the Springdale Grocery this yeas as the Head of the Postal Service feels it isn’t a good idea for the tree to be located in any of its Post Offices.

Then the committee will purchase the gifts for that person or family. Also new this year the gifts will not be wrapped before they are returned. We will also allow seniors and widowers to the Tree of Sharing. The motion was 2nd by Linda Ritts. Motion passed by members present.
