Regular Meeting Minutes

July6, 2006

Members present: Kevin Jacka, Linita Taylor, Lela Taylor and Linda Ritts.

Linda Ritts made a motion to have Linita Taylor as our new treasurer as Sandie Bowers had personal reasons that kept her from fulfilling her obligations for the chamber. Kevin Jacka 2nd the motion. Motion was passed by the members present.

Treasurer’s report: Checking $1297.76 and savings $503.00 approximately. Lela Taylor, President suggested we keep a running balance in checking at or around $500 and the rest go into savings where we can earn some interest. Passed by, consensus.

Reports: Mary Walker will have a new parking lot this month, applications are open for a new Elementary Principal, Nine, acres will be purchased behind the school for future use.
