About Ecliptixnet Broadband, Inc.

Scientists tell us the universe is expanding, and so is Ecliptixnet Broadband, Inc.

Jennifer and Jeff Tamietti, company owners, have a vision to see high-speed internet service extended to those in small towns and rural communities. The Tamiettis’ vision began to materialize and luminescence with the obtainment a couple years ago, of a U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development Community Connect Program grant, offered for just such endeavors. The community of Springdale also fit the criteria.

Jennifer says one hope, among many, for Ecliptixnet is to offer the wireless internet access to people who want to operate home-based businesses, giving local online commerce a leg up, and making it possible where it has struggled before.

The greater efficiency of high-speed will enhance people’s ability to operate online business and check their web pages.

Jennifer revealed one of the couple’s first inspirations for Ecliptixnet. When Jeff was in the U.S. Air Force, stationed in Korea, the couple video-conference over the computer. The magic of this technology allowed Jeff to appear present at family occasions, stateside, including the children’s birthdays, while he physically remained in Korea. It was an immense blessing, but Jennifer was still on slow dial-up internet. The thought occurred to her; how wonderful it would be, if she could Video conference via high-speed internet. How much simpler and quicker, with virtually no delays in transmission!

Having a graduating class of around 20 students, and hailing from the small town of Albertan, northwest of Missoula, Montana, Jennifer intuitively understands rural communities. She realizes the need for good wireless internet in bucolic areas currently devoid of such services. And, now that the Springdale computer center building is opening adjacent to the city hall, she and Jeff are paving the way for expansion. Similar Ecliptixnet services, in Marcus and Northport.

Watch Ecliptixnet wireless internets go, expanding like the stars.
